MAKE UP CLASSES

We encourage our students to make-up the classes they have missed. Please send us an email and we will do our best to find a make-up day and time for your child.

ATTIRE

We want all of our students to feel comfortable inside the gym. Although we don't have a strict dress code for our female students, we recommend that they wear a gymnastics leotard with a pair of shorts on top.

However, a pair of leggings and a well-fitted t-shirt will do just fine! We recommend that our male students wear sport shorts and a well-fitted t-shirt. All students train with socks (non slip work best).

Students are not allowed to wear jewelry during practice. Long hair must be tied back with soft accessories.

Gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive exercise programs available to children, incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and discipline.

Gymnastics helps children build a range of motor and coordination skills and a good sense of body awareness.
