MAKE UP CLASSES

We do encourage students to make-up the classes they have missed. Please send us an email and we will do our best to find a make up day and time for your child.

ATTIRE

We want all of our students to feel comfortable inside the gym. Although we don't have a strict dress code for our female students, we recommend that they wear a gymnastics leotard with a pair of shorts on top.

However, a pair of leggings and a well-fitted t-shirt will do just fine! We recommend that our male students wear sport shorts and a well-fitted t-shirt. All students train with socks (non slip work best)

Students are not allowed to wear jewelry during practice. Long hair must be tied back with soft accessories.

know...?

Gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive exercise programs available to children, incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and discipline.

Gymnastics helps children build a range of motor and coordination skills and a good sense of body awareness.

Our Clients Say

Split_edited.jpg

I am so happy my daughter has the opportunity to do gymnastics with Sibylle. My daughter has flourished under Sibylle’s direction, both physically in her gymnastics skills, and in her emotional development. My daughter looks forward to her gymnastics sessions, whether it is during the regular weekly classes or during the camps she has attended. Sibylle knows gymnastics, knows how to teach and inspire and knows kids. I am so thankful my daughter found Riverdale Flip and Tumble!
