All gymnastics classes start with a group warm-up. Students are then divided into cohorts of up to 6 students according to their age and ability. In each class students will jump on a 40' tumbl trak, swing and hold themselves up on the trapeze, rings and bars, run and jump on a 42' tumbling long tumbling floor, spider handstand and introduction to cartwheels, and so much more.
