GYMNASTICS
All gymnastics classes start with a group warm-up. Students are then divided into cohorts of up to 8 students according to their age and ability. In each class students will practice jumping on a 40' tumbl trak, swing and hold themselves up on the trapeze, rings and bars, teeter handstands on an 8' fitnesswhee, spider handstand and introduction to cartwheels, log rolls and forward rolls.
